2Ordering

Your order is final once you see the confirmation (and, for online payments, once payment succeeds). The branch may refuse an order (force majeure, sold out, address outside the area); you are told right away and online payments are fully refunded.

3Prices and payment

All prices in euro, VAT included. Delivery costs and minimum order per postcode are shown before you order. Pay online (Bancontact, Payconiq, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or at the door/at pick-up where available.

4Delivery and pick-up

We do our best to deliver at the chosen time; times shown are estimates. Please keep your phone at hand.

5Right of withdrawal

Prepared meals spoil quickly, so the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. VI.53, 4° Belgian Code of Economic Law). To change or cancel, call the branch as soon as possible.

6Allergens

Allergens are listed for every product. Our kitchen handles all 14 allergens, so cross-contamination can never be fully excluded.

7Complaints

Something wrong? Tell us the same day by phone or the contact form, ideally with a photo. EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8Points, codes and gift cards

Points and codes have no cash value. A gift card is valid for 1 year, can be used in parts and in every branch.

9Liability and law

We are not liable for force majeure or an incorrect address. Belgian law applies.
